Designs are first approached with the customer in mind. We strive to design a creative solution that is simple, easy to use, and maintenance friendly while maintaining quality with reliability.
 
We can design changes to improve equipment process, equipment reliability or reverse engineer discontinued OEM parts. We can design and manufacture a single part or several pieces of equipment.

Designs are rendered with a CAD program giving us the ability to produce the product visually first. This gives the customer a sense of the scale of the product and the ability to make changes before manufacturing starts.

Industries 

We have a diverse knowledge base and resources to draw from. 
  • We have developed and manufactured  sweep auger push tractors with automated controllers, clean up brush for the Agricultural Industry
  • Previously Designed and manufactured a heated print drier for coated prints to decrease the dry time and turn around of the print in the Professional Photo Lab Industry. 
  • We know the challenges in the Food Industry with USDA requirements, we also strive to ensure  ergonomic design practices.

The V1 push tractor attaches to an existing sweep auger. Some of the features that have benefited  the industry are : 
  • The compact design, at just 11" wide will fit into any grain bin door, so there is no need to remove bin sheets or equipment parts for install or multiple bin use. 
  • Commercial units have a total weight of less than 140 pounds, Standard  models are less than 120 pounds, and light duty models weigh less than 100 pounds. 
  • Tires are foam filled so they will not go flat. 
  • The customer has an option to leave it in the bin.
  • There are multiple adjustments for attachment to any sweep auger.
