Automation
Control cost through automation.
Costs can be controlled by equipment monitoring. One way is through sensors; a bearing sensor can detect a rise in temperature indicating the start of a failure. The program can be set to alarm before failure and costly down time occur. There are a variety of sensor options for monitoring motors, belts, chains, augers, product flow and transition points.
Preventative and predictive maintenance is another capability of automation. Maintenance schedules can be set to display windows requesting scheduled maintenance at the equipment or a remote location.
Automation can aid in efficient use of labor, a single person can run and monitor several pieces of equipment at one time from a single location.

Automation makes control and monitoring accessible.
Automation makes it possible to not only monitor but also to control equipment from remote locations from devices like a PC or Smart Phone.
View status or control equipment from a Smart Phone. Text messages can also be sent to a cell phone with status updates and alarms.
Reports can be sent in an Excel file and status updates or alarms can be e-mailed.
With a variety of graphic options, screens can be designed to fit any preference or layout.

Variety of control options for specific applications
Control and monitor at the equipment or from a remote location or both. There are several screen sizes and I/O configuration to fit any specific need.
Every system is fully scalable making expansion easy or the ability to start small and add in as needed. There are also wireless options that make long runs cost effective with the added ability to link multiple locations.
Every product is tested to assure proper function, quality and reliability. We want our customers to understand the function, proper use and options for their specific product which are fully supported.

The V1 Automated Controller
The V1 controller uses UL Listed controller that automatically runs a push tractor. A couple of features that have benefited the industry are:
- It is movable and adaptable for use with a wide range of supply voltages from 110V AC up to 480V AC 3 phase.
- Plugs into existing power saving costs for new power runs to the equipment.
- Can be connected to automatically run existing push tractors, increasing effectiveness of existing tractor while reducing wear and tear.
- Reduces man hours by limiting confine space entry practices for bin entry
